Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Labbet cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your Account Settings or by contacting our customer service.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Fee Changes

Labbet, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Labbet will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds for Apple App Store Purchases

Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be directed to Apple. We do not control or issue refunds for Apple App Store transactions.

To assist Apple in reviewing refund requests, we may provide Apple with limited purchase and usage information. Apple makes the final determination regarding refund eligibility. This policy applies only to purchases made through the Apple App Store.

Commercial Use

Images edited or created using the Labbet app are yours. You retain full ownership of your original photographs and any output you produce using Labbet’s tools, filters, and effects.

You are free to use images processed through Labbet for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Client work, freelance photography, and editorial assignments
• Advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
• Social media content created on behalf of brands or businesses
• Print, merchandise, or any other paid commercial distribution

Labbet grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the app’s visual effects, filters, and textures as part of your final image output for both personal and commercial use. This grant applies to all users, including those on the free tier and Labbet+ subscribers.

This license covers the use of Labbet’s assets solely as integrated elements within your exported images. You may not extract, isolate, reproduce, sublicense, or sell any of Labbet’s filters, textures, grain profiles, or other visual assets as standalone files or products — whether independently or as part of a separate tool, preset pack, or application.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the underlying photographs you edit in Labbet are owned by you or that you have obtained the necessary rights, permissions, and model/property releases required for their commercial use. Labbet assumes no liability for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from the content of your original images.

Labbet does not claim any ownership, license, or rights to your images or their commercial use.
