Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription can be shared across devices using iOS Family Sharing, as long as it’s enabled on your Apple ID. Please note that all photos and edits are stored locally on your device. This means your images and edits won’t automatically appear if you install the app on another device.
I've purchased a subscription, but it doesn't work?

This is usually an easy fix.

  1. Go to the Help Center page

  2. Tap Restore purchase

  3. Restart the app

Your subscription should activate right away. If it doesn’t, feel free to reach out and we’ll help you sort it out.

How do I pay for my subscription?

All payments are handled securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. This means your payment information is processed directly by Apple – we never see or store your card details.

Using Apple’s payment services ensures industry-leading security, privacy, and reliability, and makes managing your subscription easy directly through your Apple ID.

Do you only have a subscription plan?

While we do offer subscriptions, we also provide a one-time purchase option for those who prefer not to use subscriptions.

This gives you the flexibility to choose the payment model that feels right for you, without any recurring charges.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. We don’t offer a free trial, but you can explore the app and see what’s included before subscribing. No disturbing paywall covering the whole screen.

Do you have a desktop version?

No, we don’t currently offer a desktop version for Mac.

We’re a small team, which means we have to be intentional about where we focus our efforts. Right now, we’re fully dedicated to building the best possible iPhone app experience, and that’s where all our development is focused.

A desktop version is highly requested by our customers, and while it’s not available today, it’s something we’re actively keeping in mind for the future.
