Frequently Asked Questions
My access to Labbet+ was suddenly removed - what happened?+
In most cases your Labbet+ purchase is still valid, but the app has lost track of it on your device.
1. Open Labbet
2. Go to the Purchase page
3. Tap Restore purchase in the bottom
4. Then fully close and reopen the app 1–2 times to refresh your access
If that does not work, check in your App Store settings that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe or buy the lifetime version of Labbet+, and that your Labbet+ subscription is still active.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?+
Yes. Your subscription can be shared across devices using iOS Family Sharing, as long as it’s enabled on your Apple ID. Photos and edits remain stored locally on each device and won’t sync automatically.
Where are my exported photos saved?+
Exported photos appear in the Photos app on your iPhone, accessible through “Recently Saved” or the dedicated Labbet folder.
How do I pay for my subscription?+
All payments are handled securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple processes your payment information directly — we never access your card details.
Do you only have a subscription plan?+
No. We offer both subscription and one-time purchase options, so you can choose what works best for you without being locked into recurring charges.
Do you offer a free trial?+
No. We don’t offer a free trial, but you can explore the app and see what’s included before subscribing.
Do you have a desktop version?+
Not at the moment. We’re a small team and our focus is on making the best possible iPhone experience. A Mac version is something we’d love to explore in the future.
Can I use Labbet for commercial work?+
Yes, you can use Labbet to edit images for client projects, brand work, campaigns, and other professional uses, as long as you follow any applicable third‑party rights.
Why do I get a “Can’t connect to App Store” message when trying to buy Labbet+?+
This usually means your device can’t reach Apple’s servers or there’s a temporary issue on Apple’s side. First, check Apple’s System Status page to make sure the App Store is available, then confirm you have a stable internet connection, your date and time are set automatically, and any VPN or security apps aren’t blocking the connection. If everything looks okay, try restart your device, update to the latest iOS, and try the purchase again a bit later.
